Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and structured Relationship Manager to join our team in London.
As a Relationship Manager Associate within the International Private Bank you will play a pivotal role in developing relationships with our strategic fund partners. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of relevant industry experience, with a strong background in wealth management and the fund industry. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to maintain a well-organized approach are paramount to success in this position.
Job responsibilities:
- Implement and maintain a structured approach to track all activities, initiatives, and key team responsibilities, ensuring seamless execution.
- Lead efforts in managing and nurturing relationships with strategic fund partners, ensuring alignment with the International Private Bank's priorities.
- Serve as a key communicator between internal and external partners, ensuring clarity and understanding across all levels of seniority.
- Collaborate with senior management to define and be pivotal for the execution of the strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Utilize strong data management skills and CRM systems to enhance relationship management and decision-making processes.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the wealth management and fund industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders of varying seniority.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong written and verbal English required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and ski
- Highly competent with core MS Office applications and CRM.
- Knowledge of programming language tool (i.e. Python) and business intelligence software are an advantage
- A secondary language is advantageous
