Description of role and key responsibilities
• Responsibility for managing a portfolio of ICS customers. The overall purpose of the role is to ensure that the right balance of high-quality customer service and robust risk monitoring is maintained at all times.
• The RM will conduct regular client visits and field audits, surveys of new prospects (recommending whether ICS should provide a facility and if so on what terms and conditions).
• When necessary, protect ICS's commitments by appropriate risk management.
Core skills and knowledge
• Regulatory knowledge as applicable to role (compulsory)
• To always act with integrity and embrace the philosophy of treating our customers fairly (compulsory)
• Relationship builder with customer focused attitude
• Risk Management in Invoice Finance/Asset Based Lending
• Audit and survey experience
• Understanding of commerce and finance
• Team player and collaborator
• Happy to travel frequently in South England (responsibility for managing a portfolio of ICS clients broadly based along the M4 corridor)
