Role Rehabilitation Case Manager
Location: Manchester/ Bolton/ Liverpool/ Southport/ Leeds/ Cambridge/ Hybrid

Fletchers Group is seeking a dedicated In-house Rehabilitation Case Manager to join our Serious Injury Law team. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive rehabilitation support to our clients, including signposting to essential services, advocacy, discharge planning, and guidance on statutory services. Main Responsibilities:
- To work alongside our legal teams to provide support to clients and their families facing life changing injuries.
- To provide practical support and guidance to clients through their rehabilitation journey.
- Assessing, signposting and advocating for clients to assist them in getting the support they need.
- Contributing to in-house best practice initiatives.
- Attending both internal and external networking events and conferences where appropriate.
The above list is not exhaustive of any other tasks, which may be required.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience of supporting people following life changing injuries within a clinical and/or rehabilitation environment.
- Experience working with individuals with brain Injuries, spinal cord injuries, amputation, psychological and complex orthopaedic injuries.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to a car.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective client interaction.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical skills to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills to connect with clients and team members.
- Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and communication.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and organisational priorities.
- Time Management: Strong time management skills to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
- Case Management experience.
- Experience of the UK Benefits and Statutory Services System.
