Join our dynamic UK Regulatory Change team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of regulatory reporting. As a UK Regulatory Change Controller, you will lead strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance and efficiency in our processes. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact and drive innovation within a high-profile function.

As a UK Regulatory Change Controller in the UK Regulatory Reporting team, you will create and manage operational models for new regulatory processes, ensuring compliance and efficiency. You will work closely with stakeholders to monitor project status, identify improvements, and support the firm's digitalization agenda. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards in regulatory reporting and driving strategic change.

Job Responsibilities

  • Create operational models for new regulatory reporting processes.
  • Monitor project status, create scorecards, and communicate impacts to stakeholders.
  • Own and escalate risks and issues in a timely manner.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure adherence to project discipline and deadlines.
  • Review and update live operational models for compliance.
  • Support project managers on specific regulatory change projects.
  • Coordinate working group meetings, prepare materials, and document minutes.
  • Influence and motivate stakeholders at all levels.
  • Contribute to the firm's digitalization agenda to enhance team processes.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
  • Strong track record of driving and delivering results.
  • Knowledge in program/project management, operational models, and systems development.
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships and think strategically.
  • Good understanding of the project lifecycle.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and team-working skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize effectively.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and tools (JIRA, Confluence).
  • Knowledge of UK Regulatory PRA/FCA & BoE Reporting.
  • Experience in delivering Basel/Regulatory Reporting/CRD4/CRD5/COREP.
