Interview process: Successful applicants will be asked to complete psychometric testing followed by a two-stage interview process at our site in Burton Latimer.

Working pattern: Hybrid but you will need to be flexible depending on team tasks and resources. ( Expectation of attending site two days every week)

This is an opportunity to Join our team at Weetabix as a Regulatory Compliance Manager.

Leveraging your expertise in FMCG and food manufacturing, you will guide our organisation through the complexities of UK and EU food regulations, helping us understand its implications and the necessary steps to maintain compliance.

You will be a key member of the Quality and Food Safety team at Weetabix, with the ability to influence and shape the Quality agenda.

The recipe!

The purpose of this role is

  • Review future food legislation, assess risk and effectively communicate future impacts and required actions.
  • Work with stakeholders to monitor and facilitate compliance. Lead regular communication with business Managers and key stakeholders to monitor and manage regulatory compliance
  • Be the subject matter expert and the go-to person to support departments with legislation queries and support with solutions when needed to ensure compliance.
  • To give guidance on pack and promotional content including nutrition, health and sustainability

  • Strong Influencing, communication, and stakeholder relationship management skills at all levels
  • Comprehensive understanding and knowledge of legislation and the regulatory system
  • Knowledge of food manufacturing processes
  • Ability to interpret legislation for the business
  • Commercial and competitor awareness
  • Ability to get into the detail and the wider impact on the business
