Bristol's Disabled Children's Residential Home is evolving, and we need your expertise! We are seeking a part-time, dedicated Home Manager to co-lead with our current Registered Manager. This is your opportunity to guide and expand our committed team, dedicated to supporting children and young people with diverse care needs.

This is a part-time role (21hrs per week). Shifts will be Wed, Thursday and Friday and weekend on call, you'll also be on a rota basis with other managers /deputies. The other manager works Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, so you will have a crossover day on the Wednesday.

About the Role

As a part-time Home Manager, you will:

  • Co-manage a small, nurturing residential home currently supporting two young individuals with unique care needs.
  • Foster high-quality standards and promote the independence of our young residents.
  • Provide a therapeutic care experience, ensuring effective care planning within a multi-agency 'Team around the Child' model.

  • Flexibility: Open to experienced assistant managers ready to advance or registered managers interested in further developing our home.
