The team is the first point of contact for new business and external callers at A&O Shearman. Our team delivers essential support services across our offices, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
We provide:
-Round-the-clock switchboard support (UK and U.S.)
-Facilities helpdesk for maintenance and engineering
-Space and car park reservations
-Catering coordination
-Directory and general enquiries
-Housekeeping, vending, stationery, and pest control
Switchboard and reservations:
We manage internal, external, and international calls, acting as the first voice of the firm for new business enquiries. Our goal: deliver a professional and
high-quality experience every time.
Facilities helpdesk:
We log and manage facilities and engineering requests through our online system. Our responsibilities include:
-Prioritising tasks based on urgency
-Ensuring completion within service level agreements
-Supporting a safe, functional, and efficient workplace
A&O Shearman recognises the value of flexible working and embraces hybrid working, allowing our people to work from home up to 40% of their working time. We do however remain committed to working together in person for the remaining 60% of time so that we can learn, grow and succeed together.
