Pay Rate: £38,000 to £45,000
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns Monday to Friday, 0900 - 1700 (hours may vary - flexibility required with needs of the business)
Location: Enfield and Remote work

This Role Requires an enhanced DBS and a trackable 5 year work history.

Ready for your career to take off? We are seeking a Regional Training & Resourcing Manager to play an integral role in our Healthcare Specialist Logistics business unit, including our Patient Transport, HMPPS and Pharmaceutical operations.

  • WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?
  • Take overall accountability of ensuring the training schedule is executed and the campus maintains regulatory compliance
  • Prepare and attend customer and regulatory audits
  • To devise and implement training courses, ensuring training content meets the requirement for a safe operational delivery
  • To be fully conversant with and comply with all current company rules, regulations, procedures, processes and polices, reporting any breaches
  • Working closely with the planning, operational departments and the central resourcing team to ensure recruitment numbers are met in addition to playing a key part in their onboarding process.
  • Manage a team of Training Resourcing Managers across multiple sites
  • Identify, develop and design training interactions which contribute to the business, and to comply with any industry standards, legislation mandatory requirements.
  • Assist the HSES Manager in reviewing, developing and improving current practices via Risk Assessment & in line with training content
  • Provide training plans to the Senior leadership team including reports, compliance updates in line with regulatory process

  • Previous work experience within a training department across multiple operations
  • Experience working within management role
  • UK valid driving licence
  • People relations
  • Communication Skills -in a style that suits you
