At Doncasters we have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Commercial Manager to join our team in Droitwich Spa, Birmingham.

This role will require 4 days working on site per week.

The Role

As a Sales and Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships in the IGT and Aerospace markets at Doncasters DPC Site. This position will also include overseeing all the contract relationship issues including customer support, pricing, price evolution, NPDI, change management (scope drift). You will be closely collaborating with plant production, quality and engineering functions as well as with the Group commercial functions.

    • Degree in Engineering or Business discipline or equivalent work experience.
    • Proven experience of managing and developing successful relationships customer relationships in an Engineering/Manufacturing sector.
    • Knowledge of precision casting or related sector is desired.
    • Knowledge and experience of working with OEM's in the Aerospace and/or IGT industries.
    • Understanding of profit margins, business finance and management costing.
