If this sounds like you, NRS Healthcare is looking for a Regional Stocks Manager to help lead our stock operations in the North & Central regions.

As the Regional Stocks Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in making sure our shelves are always stocked, our systems run seamlessly, and our operational teams have everything they need to keep things moving.

That's the vision you'll bring to life every day. But your role won't just be about keeping things ticking over-it's about making them better. You'll have the opportunity to identify weaknesses in the system, pinpoint the causes of stock errors, and put robust solutions in place, driving process improvements across all of our depots. You'll also work closely with our IT teams, identifying areas where technology can enhance efficiency and solve operational challenges.

Your expertise will help us ensure that stock is not only available when and where it's needed but also managed with minimal loss, optimised for turnover, and consistently aligned with our recycling KPIs. You'll collaborate with a diverse group of teams, from regional directors to warehouse staff, and even external auditors-helping us achieve a clean bill of health for our stock operations year after year.

And it's about leading a team with a vision of continuous improvement, pushing the boundaries of what's possible in inventory management.

We're looking for someone with deep experience in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), someone who can navigate complex stock environments with ease. You'll need a sharp eye for detail, a talent for data analysis, and the communication skills to inspire your teams and drive change.
