Location: Downs House
Hours: 42 hours per week (Nights)
Salary: £14.20 per hour (Reviewed Annually) + Weekend enhancements

We're looking for a dedicated Senior Care Assistant (Medication Trained) to join our friendly team providing high-quality elderly care in our welcoming Hampshire homes.
Downs House is a 46-bed residential care home located less than one mile from Petersfield town centre, offering a welcoming setting built on dignity, respect, and compassion.
If you're an experienced Senior Care Assistant (Medication Trained) who is confident with medication and passionate about delivering person-centred care, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive and well-run service.

Your Role as a Senior Care Assistant (Medication Trained)
- Provide personal care and support with daily living
- Administer medication safely and accurately
- Support residents with dignity, independence, and respect
- Monitor wellbeing and report any changes
- Maintain accurate care records
- Support and guide junior staff on shift
