Full time, 12 months fixed term contract
Working days: Wednesday - Sunday
Salary: Salary up to £37,000 per annum, Performance related bonus (paid quarterly) & company vehicle or car allowance.
About the Role:

We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our Meta account and lead a team focused on driving the sales of Meta's latest products and innovations. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a field-based role, where your leadership will directly impact our sales success.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage, develop, and motivate Market Managers and Brand Ambassadors to meet sales objectives.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders.
- Sales Performance: Monitor and analyse sales data, implementing corrective actions to improve performance.
- Training & Development: Provide coaching and training to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee travel and expense budgets for direct reports.
- Competitor Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, identifying opportunities and threats in the tech space.
Experience required:
- Proven experience managing and leading sales teams, ideally within the tech industry.
- Strong ability to analyse sales data and adjust strategies for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Full UK manual driving licence (with no more than 6 points or bans).
