Based from our gobal headquarters in 55 Baker Street, our exceptional Property Managment team is looking to recruit a Regional Property Manger (Team Leader) on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. This role will involve leading a team of Property Managers as well as managing a portfolio of properties in the Prime Central London and East London areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead a team of Property Managers, ensuring they meet their targets and deliver high-quality service to clients.
  • Oversee the team's operations, including arranging property visits, maintenance coordination, refurbishment projects, and end-of-tenancy processes.
  • Monitor and manage the team's financials, including processing and managing payment of invoices from contractors and suppliers, ensuring availability of funds and accurate documentation.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior members of the department and provide training when needed.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders, identifying areas where the team can assist further.
  • Attend and confidentially present in team and department meetings, build team relationships with front offices.
  • Ensure the team maintains accurate records of property and maintenance details and landlord instructions on the CRM.
  • Handle negotiations between landlords and tenants, ensuring fair resolutions are reached while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
  • Continuously assess and improve team performance, providing feedback and coaching to team members.
  • Conduct monthly one-to-one meetings, weekly catch-ups, and annual appraisals with team members.
  • Resolve any complaints or escalations in a timely and professional manner.

Experience Required:

  • Proven experience in managing and leading a team of property managers, with a track record of excellence.
  • Highly trained and experienced property manager with knowledge of sophisticated systems within high-tech properties.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the ability to maintain professionalism and discretion at all times.
  • Proven record of excellent customer service, including during contentious situations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex property-related challenges.
  • Ability to work autonomously while also collaborating effectively within a team.
