We're looking for an experienced and driven Bodyshop Manager to lead one of our sites to success, ensuring we deliver exceptional results for our customers and our team.
The Role
As our Regional Operations Manager, you will take full ownership of the site's performance - leading the team to hit and exceed budget, delivering outstanding quality, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You'll combine commercial awareness with people-focused leadership, keeping your site fully staffed with engaged, motivated team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive site performance to meet and exceed financial targets.
- Lead, inspire, and develop the team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Manage recruitment and retention to ensure consistent staffing levels.
- Oversee workflow, quality control, and operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with customers, insurers, and suppliers.

About You
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Manager or in a similar automotive leadership role.
- Strong commercial and operational management skills.
- Excellent people management abilities - from recruitment to ongoing development.
