About The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Operations Manager to join our Operations team to report directly into our Head of Operations.

Colosseum Dental exists to improve peoples lives. We achieve this by offering dental care to the community and build working environments which support our colleagues. The role of the Regional Operations Manager is fundamental to the achievement of practice targets and business growth.

The Regional Operations Manager role is a senior position within the Operations Team. You will be accountable for ensuring KPIs are met in practices, P&L targets are delivered, day-to-day decisions are made and for inspiring and coaching teams.

This is a full time position and it is essential that you are willing to travel covering a large geographic area and be happy to attend meetings at the Hive in Crawley.
