Regional Manager - Middle East, North Africa, and Pakistan

We are looking for a highly experienced regional manager for MENA and Pakistan. Working closely with the Director of International Recruitment, the post-holder will play a vital role in shaping the University's regional strategy for MENA and Pakistan, managing key external stakeholder relationships, driving long-term business development, and deputising for the Director as needed.

The Regional Manager for MENA and Pakistan will be involved in a broad spectrum of recruitment and sponsor activities in the region and will make a detailed contribution to the development of the University's international recruitment strategy and regional plans, under the leadership of the Director of International Recruitment. The specific focus of this post will be on student recruitment, development and management of sponsor opportunities in the Middle East and North Africa, and Pakistan, in liaison with and reporting to, the Director of International Recruitment.

The role holder will be responsible for the evaluation of performance against agreed deliverables and establishing processes for monitoring performance and reporting in line with sponsor bodies requirements. This role leads a small team of a regional officer and international officer, within the department of International Recruitment. This role would suit someone with outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills with experience of external stakeholder engagement and negotiation. Applicants with experience of working in multi-cultural environments are particularly welcome.

The successful candidate will hold a Degree or equivalent experience and had extensive and specialist related knowledge of several international recruitment markets.
