Job summary

Due to an internalmovewe are looking for a new Regional Manager to lead our Group Managed Service sites.This is a home-based role and, whilst the title is RegionalManager, ourmanaged services arelocatedacross a diverse geography (Exeter,Leicesterand Nuneaton) and regular travel to all managed service sites would berequired.

The Regional Managerisultimately responsiblefor all day-day to operations at the sites, supported by a Team Leader at each location.

The roleplays a key part in working with our Sub Contractors to ensure that Newmedica meet or exceeds operational targets. Italsofocusses heavily onensuring the standards of clinical governance, patient care, service efficiency and regulatory standards are met.

Its a very variedand busyroleamongst other tasksyou'll take ownership for managing the financial budgets and monitoring performance against these budgets; youll oversee all staffingarrangementsincludingrecruitmentand training of your teams;youll oversee all areas of compliance, including managing any complaintsand youll play a key part in business development, helping to ensure thatthereare strong relationships with ICBs and the referral community.
