Regional Manager (BMS/Controls)

Your region, your P&L, your call - with a 40-person team behind you.

You'll run a mature Southern region with around 40 Full Time staff across projects, service engineering and operations. You'll set the plan, own P&L (revenue, EBITDA, GM%), coach your manager layer and land work cleanly across projects, service and energy works.

You'll handle escalations with authority and build capacity to grow without burning people out.

• Move the numbers: improve margin, accuracy of forecasts and cash discipline.
• Lead leaders: set objectives, develop successors, and keep delivery calm and consistent.

Must-haves:

• BMS/Controls leadership;
• P&L ownership;
• leading managers/engineers;
• UK RTW.
