Regional Manager - Newcastle

Our Role

We are looking for a Regional Manager for our Northeast regional team, which provides Building Control services from our Wakefield office.

Flexible working arrangements are available, including for a mix of home and office-based working.

You will need

• BSR registration at Class 2 A, B & D, as a minimum
• Membership of CABE, CIOB, RICS or equivalent
• Conversant with relevant legislation, technical guidance and Industry Codes of Conduct
• Previous management experience
• An interest in developing staff and ensuring that the team receive regular, candid and structured feedback on their performance
• Ability to manage a busy and mixed caseload of building control projects
• The ability to provide a client-led service
• A proactive attitude towards both our existing clients and fostering new relationships with prospective clients
• Current valid driving licence and the ability to drive to site
