Are you an experienced leader with a passion for excellence in the catering industry? We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to join our team at Restaurant Associates, where you will oversee multiple sites, ensuring that our clients receive top-notch service and exceptional culinary experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage operations across multiple catering contracts within the region.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Drive operational efficiency, implementing best practices and innovative solutions.
Monitor financial performance and develop strategies to meet or exceed budget targets.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Recruit, train, and develop staff to create a motivated and high-performing team.
Collaborate with culinary teams to deliver menu innovations and high-quality food services.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in a managerial role within the contract catering sector or hospitality industry.
