- Leading by Example: You'll be the head chef of your region, guiding and developing Store Managers to serve up exceptional customer experiences and hit their sales targets.
- Rolling Up Your Sleeves: Whether it's helping your team on the sales floor, arranging stock like a perfectly organised kitchen cupboard, or assisting with new store openings, you'll be right there with them, making sure everything runs as smoothly as a non-stick pan.
- Cooking Up Sales & Performance: From ensuring your stores meet their KPIs to spotting opportunities for growth, you'll always be one step ahead-just like a great sous chef who anticipates every need.
- Store Openings & Expansion: As we open more stores across the region, you'll play a key role in setting them up for success, from the first spoonful of stock to the grand opening.
- Problem-Solving: When things start to boil over, you'll be there to troubleshoot and bring everything back to a simmer-helping underperforming stores find their way back to success.
- Maintaining Standards: You'll ensure that each store in your region follows ProCook's health & safety policies, delivering customer service and store presentations that are as flawless as a perfectly sharpened knife.
Requirements
The Ingredients You Bring to the Table:
- Retail Expertise: You've got experience managing multiple stores, and you know how to deliver results that would make even the best Michelin-starred kitchens proud.
- Hands-On Leadership: Like any great head chef, you're not afraid to get involved in every aspect of store life-from serving customers to unloading stock.
- Customer First: You're passionate about creating memorable customer experiences and leading your team to serve up nothing but the best.
- Team Player: You know how to bring out the best in people, motivating your team and leading by example.
- Commercially Savvy: You're driven to succeed financially and can cook up winning strategies to meet targets.
