Regional Manager

Covering homes across the Suffolk and Norfolk area

£65,000 per annum plus £5k car allowance

We have an exciting opportunity for a Regional Manager to join the team at Healthcare Homes.

Our Regional Managers implement best practice in our care facilities, embedding a person centred and quality driven culture throughout the Company and ensure full compliance with all statutory requirements.

You will lead the performance of a geographical area providing support, guidance and direction to a team of directly line-managed Home Managers and any allocated support function. You will help to achieve quality, customer, financial and growth/development targets for your area.

The successful candidate will have experience in working across both residential and nursing facilities, a proven track record of CQC compliance delivery and experience in multi-site management. Experience of managing and positively influencing a team as well as working with Commissioning teams and a strong commercial acumen are essential.

A Level 5 diploma in Leadership in Health and Social care and a NMC pin would be desirable but not essential for this position.
