Regional Manager - Wigan

Our Role

We are looking for a Regional Manager for our Northwest regional team, which provides Building Control services from our Wigan office. Flexible working arrangements are available, including for a mix of home and office-based working.

You will need

• BSR registration at Class 2 A, B & D, as a minimum,
• Membership of CABE, CIOB, RICS or equivalent,
• Conversant with relevant legislation, technical guidance and Industry Codes of Conduct,
• Previous management experience,
• An interest in developing staff and ensuring that the team receive regular, candid and structured feedback on their performance,
• Ability to manage a busy and mixed caseload of building control projects,
• The ability to provide a client-led service,
• A proactive attitude towards both our existing clients and fostering new relationships with prospective clients,
• Current valid driving licence and the ability to drive to site
