We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

• Take full leadership, operational and financial responsibility for managing safe, efficient, and profitable sites in Lutterworth and Daventry.
• Ensure customer KPI's and cost targets (mix of closed and open book) are met.
• Account management responsibility for multiple customers, strengthening existing customer relationships, developing new, improving customer experience (CXM) and where possible identifying growth opportunities.
• Manage the operation in-line with Ops standardization (OMS) and Continuous Improvement.
• Responsibility for Central Projects, Digitalisation and Customer service functions Operations Management
• Align volume forecast with customer and review weekly/monthly resource planning with Site Managers, FLM's and Business Support manager. Develop a work strategy for next month/period and agree costs with customer.

• Previous experience in managing warehouse operations.
• Capability of planning, defining, and deploying strategic plans.
• Leadership skills, experience in managing several reporting layers below.
• Building and maintaining customer relationships.
• Ability to drive standards within the operations.
