How you'll change it up

Joining us as a Regional Facilities Manager, you'll be working alongside a small, dynamic team responsible for a large property portfolio. This includes a variety of offices, technical bases, and technical buildings.

Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:

  • Supporting the Head of Property & Facilities to deliver cost efficient and effective Facilities Management services to the business across the national portfolio
  • Onboarding and offboarding new and existing locations in alignment with company growth/acquisition
  • Assisting with general management of Facilities Management related activities including planned and reactive building service maintenance, project / financial management, space planning, risk management, health and safety, environment and sustainability, and procurement
  • Building and developing relationships with key contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Understanding and delivering statutory compliance and health and safety relating to multi-tenanted commercial property alongside our internal H&S team

What you'll bring to the role

You'll already have Facilities Management experience for a commercial property portfolio, as well as a strong track record in contractor management for both hard and soft services in a multi-site property environment.

You'll also bring the following with you:

  • Membership of IWFM (Institute of Workplace & Facilities Management, previously BIFM)
  • Experience with statutory tasks within a large premise i.e. Water and AC Testing
  • Experience of method statements and risk assessments
  • Ability to demonstrate experience and working knowledge of current CDM Regulations
  • Full driving license and access to your own vehicle - regular travel required
