As Regional Clinical Manager, you'll manage this team of experts.

Your role responsibilities will include:

  • To work closely with the London Clinical Director in ensuring the NRS CES Clinical strategy, aligned with bid promises and operational priorities is delivered in their regions.
  • To work as a team with the other Regional Clinical Leads, London Clinical Director and National Clinical Manager to contribute towards the continual development and shaping of this strategy - driving forward the organisation vision for the services.
  • The line-management and professional supervision of other identified NRS Clinical professionals working in the CES.
  • Providing assurance to the London Clinical Director that all clinical staff within London are working to NRS Clinical Governance and other National and NRS Values and standards of practice and behaviour.
  • Ensuring the clinical excellence and professionalism of our Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapy Assistants and other support workers working within London.
  • Acting as a professional lead and role model to the clinical staff in London.
  • Supporting the London Clinical Director in ensuring the compliance of NRS clinical activities with the contractual requirements for the CES contract and ensuring that we comply with any clinical related regulations or standards in our CES work
  • Analysing NRS data to ensure that clinical activities are targeted, relevant, innovative and delivered to time and budget
  • Close liaison with the London Clinical Director, Operational Managers and Service Managers to ensure seamless delivery of our contract in London
