Job Description

As a Regional Business Manager you will play a key part in developing the business growth objectives by way of working within a defined geographical location to increase brand awareness, partner and consumer experience within the vehicle servicing and maintenance industry.

  • Managing a portfolio of existing accounts, touching base and visiting sites on a regular basis to support and maintain business relations,
  • General business development,
  • Sales & Marketing activities (which may include working weekends),
  • Lead generation and prospecting,
  • Training / Coaching clients and partners of the business,
  • Analysis of market trends to generate business growth opportunities,
  • Circa 40% field based working (lone working).

Qualifications

We understand that everyone has different experiences and skillsets - and just because you might not fullfil all our requirements it doesn't mean we won't talk to you!
But, the important skills we're looking for are:

  • Automotive knowledge preferably within aftersales operations,
  • Contacts within the automotive industry (preferred),
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders and existing parties,
  • Strong networking skills to build relationships with prospective and existing clients,
  • Strong negotiating skills,
  • Project management skills,
  • Ability to adapt to changes in direction,
  • Good time keeping skills,
  • Prepared for occasional nights away from home,
  • Driving licence and access to a vehicle (mandatory).
