Regional Administration Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and professional PA/Admin Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent contract (37.5hrs per week), Monday-Friday. Your office base will primarily be at our Rotherham and Sheffield office, which is based close to Magna and the M1. However, this post does come with some commitment to be able to travel to our other regional offices within South and East Yorkshire, NE Lincolnshire, Derby and Nottinghamshire Partnership Services.
This is a varied administrative role, supporting the regional team, with an enthusiasm for developing digital ways of working. Your duties will involve ensuring the smooth running of the office and operations including co-ordinating and reporting on information and data in a timely manner. You will also be supporting and monitoring business processes including recruitment, human resources, finance, training and IT.
The successful candidate will need to have a flexible approach to their work, have excellent computing skills, previous experience of providing PA support as well as line managing a team. We also need someone with proven minute taking skills.
It is important that you can work in a fast-paced administrative role, have excellent time management skills, as you will be managing multiple task sat any one time, sometimes with short deadlines. You will be someone who is competent and self-motivated, with fantastic verbal and written communication skills. The successful candidate will be patient and diplomatic and be able to maintain a high degree of confidentiality due to the work that is involved.
Please check you have all the following before applying: -
- At least two year's previous experience in a PA type of role
- Experience is line managing a small team of administrators
- Excellent typing and computer skills in all Microsoft Office packages
- Proven experience of minute taking and verbal dictation.
- Office management experience including use and collation of office credit cards
- Proven experience of drafting letters and reports in line with company policy
- Proven experience of supporting a management team or equivalent
- Willing / able to occasionally travel to other locations in order to support with minute taking or other tasks, although some are done over MS Teams.
