Regional Administration Office Manager
Salary - Up to £31,000 (dependant on experience)
Working Hours - 37.5 per week, Monday to Friday
Location - Durham
What will you be doing?
As the Regional Administration Manager, you will need to lead and manage the administrative team. Work closely with senior members of the company to ensure the surveying staff work efficiently and are best supported by the administrative team.
Duties
- Work closely with the Directors, Building Control Managers and senior surveying staff to ensure surveying teams work efficiently and are best supported by the Administration Teams.
- To attend meetings with Head of Administration and other Regional Admin Managers to ensure systems are understood and implemented across the business.
- Ensure records are maintained to ensure the Company's Quality Procedures, service levels and contractual requirements are being met.
- Ensure health and safety office measures are adhered to.
- Order and replenish stationary stock for offices within the region for the admin and surveying teams.
- To undertake other duties, within the competence of the post holder, as may be reasonably required from time to time.
What you will need
To be successful in this role, you will need to be a highly organised individual, experienced in managing a team and able to delegate work where necessary. Additionally, the perfect candidate would also have.
- Excellent leadership skills
- Good working knowledge of all elements of the Microsoft package
- Experience and working knowledge of inhouse company DMS Systems
- Awareness of relevant legislation, technical guidance and the Construction Industry Council Code of Conduct
- Exceptional customer service skills and a great telephone manner
- A full valid driving licence and ability to travel
