Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to join our internal recruitment team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The primary purpose of the role is to lead and deliver recruitment strategy, ensuring the business attracts, engages, and hires high-caliber talent aligned to business priorities. We are looking for a hands-on Recruitment Manager, who wants to be involved in both delivery and strategy for our growing Infrastructure business.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Partner with key stakeholders to lead recruitment strategies for the infrastructure business

• Accurately capture and report recruitment metrics, using data to influence decision making

• Ensure alignment with company policies, processes, and diversity objectives

• Drive strategy for recruitment of senior hires

Team & Process Management

• Drive best practice in candidate experience, employer branding, and process consistency.

• Monitor performance through KPIs

Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as the trusted advisor to hiring managers- Communicate recruitment insights (market trends, compensation data, competitor activity) to influence decision-making.

• Build credibility as a strategic partner, with an in-depth understanding of business needs

Continuous Improvement

• Oversee optimization of the ATS

• Champion continuous process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and transparency.

• Support recruitment projects such as DE&I initiatives, workforce planning

Employer Branding & Talent Strategy

• Collaborate with marketing and HR to promote Turner & Townsend's Employer Value Proposition (EVP).

• Support driving the T&T brand by attending relevant industry events

• Own and manage agency relationships, ensuring we have an engaged and high performing supply chain who are compliant with our process

Qualifications

Key Skills & Competencies

• Recruitment expertise: Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards), and modern hiring strategies.

• Communication & interpersonal skills: Ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers

• Strategic thinking: Aligning hiring strategies with business goals, workforce planning, and employer branding.

• Analytical ability: Using recruitment metrics to make data led decisions

• Negotiation skills: Managing offers, counter offers, and salary discussions effectively.

• Adaptability: Staying ahead of trends like AI-driven recruitment, remote hiring, and diversity initiatives.

Relevant industry experience is essential for this role, with the key focus around hiring Project Managers, Cost Managers and Project Controls experts.
