Recruitment Manager - Maternity Cover

We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a part-time Recruitment Manager to join our team on a temporary basis. This position, starting as soon as possible and lasting for 14 months to cover maternity leave, entails a commitment of 20 hours per week.

Your Mission at BMG.

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across all roles within teams in the UK & APAC & EU.

You will be part of BMG's Global Talent Acquisition team, focusing on hiring the best talent for BMG across our offices worldwide, while working very closely alongside our UK People team.

You will be key to finding the best talent for BMG and you will be a valued and trusted member of the team. Working closely with stakeholders at all levels, you'll be identifying, engaging and assessing talent across all departments on a wide variety of roles including; Finance, Royalties, Marketing, Sync, Legal and Tech - to name a few!

Your Responsibilities.

  • Manage candidates and support hiring managers through the hiring process from initial job brief to onboarding with support from People Business Partners.
  • Create strong relationships with prospective candidates and build a high-quality talent pool.
  • Manage key internal relationships with stakeholders and wider employees, being visible within the business as a go to for recruitment matters.
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers and provide efficient service to meet their needs.
  • Partner with hiring managers to create individual recruitment & selection strategies and assessment criteria.
  • Work collaboratively with the People team and hiring managers to understand the business and its resourcing needs.
  • Promote vacancies internally and manage internal application processes.
  • Manage and screen all incoming applications.
  • Organise and conduct interviews alongside hiring managers.
  • Manage the offer process in conjunction with the People team.
  • Manage our Applicant Tracking System; work closely with key stakeholders to maximise potential of the system.
  • Manage all sponsorships for the UK business for prospective candidates and current employees, ensuring the internal policy is adhered to.
  • Ad hoc support with UK People Team projects such as work experience
  • Ensure all systems, trackers and databases are updated regularly.
  • Act as a single point of contact for managers regarding recruitment topics as well as external and internal candidates, answering questions, supporting throughout the recruitment process and providing feedback post interview.
  • Collaborate closely with Global Talent team, supporting on projects and tasks as and when required.

Your Profile.
You will be a diligent and motivated recruitment expert, passionate about business partnering and ensuring an inclusive hiring process from start to finish.

  • Proven track record of working across full-cycle talent acquisition and sourcing talent.
  • Experience in managing visa sponsorship via home office government gateway.
  • Ability to juggle multiple and conflicting priorities and job requisitions.
  • Ability to engage and partner with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experienced interviewer.
  • Passionate about DE&I and ensuring an inclusive hiring best practice.
  • Team player - understanding of the importance of collaborating effectively with hiring managers and People Business Partners.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Consultative, solution orientated approach.
  • Service driven.
  • Passionate about music!

Pay Range:

£40,000 - £50,000 annual compensation (Full-Time Equivalent). Actual salary will be pro-rated based on hours worked. Example: If working 20 hours per week, the pro ratad salary would be £22,857 - £28,571.

The pay range listed above is dependent upon factors such as work experience, qualifications and business needs. In addition to the range above, this role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus and applicable benefits as listed above
