The Role

At AMS, we're building teams that are curious, collaborative, and committed to doing great work. We're looking for a Recruitment Coordinator - Early Careers & Campus who enjoys learning and values teamwork.
The coordinators are key essential in driving our talent attraction strategies, supporting an effective recruitment process. Through building strong stakeholder relationships and acting as a trusted advisor, our Coordinators aim to find the best talent in the market.
Who will I be working with?
Operating since 2003, our specialist global practice supports strategy and outsourced delivery of a diverse range of early careers programmes including: apprentice, intern, graduate, MBA, industrial placements, work experiences and insight programmes. Today we partner with a portfolio of 19 clients globally and will have supported almost 26,000 hires through our outsourcing services and completed 17 advisory projects consulting on early careers strategy, process, technologies, assessment and brand and attraction in the 2021-22 season.
Key Accountabilities
What does a "day in the life" of my new team look like?
As an Early Careers & Campus Recruitment Coordinator onsite at the Morgan Stanley offices in Glasgow, you will provide efficient and flexible administrative support to the recruitment process of their emerging talent programmes. Working closely with the onsite Campus Recruiters, you will act as the main point of contact for all candidate management focusing on the following areas: candidate queries, interview scheduling, creating candidate and assessor packs, feedback, expense management, candidate travel arrangements, candidate divisional event management, interview and assessment centre logistics.
You'll work collaboratively, build, and maintain strong working relationships between candidates, Recruiters, and key stakeholders, ensuring that they are continually appraised and updated on the relevant processes. You will be managing all candidate interview requests ensuring they are processed in a timely manner.
This role is working with different divisions across the Infrastructure function. You will need to have the ability to work with combined priorities and different work tasks that rotate throughout the annual cycle and across the different business areas you support. You will also need to have high attention to detail ensuring the correct processes are aligned to the task.
You'll assist with the planning of events for the Summer Internship Programme, giving you additional scope to learn another part of the recruitment process.
You'll manage various administration activities to support the effective running of the recruitment process and organise, plan, and prioritise your workload based on daily administration request volumes.
Updating applicant tracking systems and recruitment trackers will be part of your day-to-day role, ensuring accurate and thorough data accuracy. You will often be asked to complete daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports as required.
Through close communication, you'll be working closely with our client and managing their needs and expectations.
Skills & Requirements
Must haves:
- You'll have current experience of working in an administrative role within a financial or professional services industry
- You'll have a passion and interest in HR and Recruitment services specifically
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and are proactive, responsive and resourceful
- Excellent team player with the ability to coordinate the workload of other team members where required
- Client-focused with outstanding judgment and excellent attention to detail
- You thrive in a fast-paced ambiguous environment and can manage changing priorities while meeting deadlines and keeping the client and team updated
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills and the ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates, clients and colleagues
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
Nice to Haves:
- Demonstrable experience in projects and programme support
- HR or recruitment coordination experience
- Experience working with remote teams
