Recruitment Coordinator

On behalf of GLD, we are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator Inside IR35 for a 6 month contract based Hybrid working (3 days per week in Croydon, London, Leeds, Bristol or Manchester office and remaining WFH)

The main duties and responsibilities of the Recruitment Coordinator would be to:
* Lead on front-end recruitment campaigns from start-up meeting through liaising with vacancy holders and external recruitment partners on the advert, media, timelines to making adverts live. Providing feedback in real-time to Campaign Managers, Leads and relevant stakeholders.
* Build vacancies on the ATS system, ensuring high accuracy and compliance.
* Ensure recruitment activities adhere to the Civil Service Commission's Recruitment Principles of open & fair competition - including accurate result compilation and ordering of a merit list.
* Build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders across the business to ensure recruitment processes are delivered effectively.
* Liaise with various stakeholders across the team and within the business to ensure all are supported within your workstream.
* Ensure accurate and consistent recording of recruitment activity via internal resourcing trackers.
* Ensure that ServiceNow requests are recorded and processed without delay, ensuring an equal distribution between team members.
* Manage and maintain the shared team mailboxes, providing trusted information and support to internal and external stakeholders.
* Assign queries to individual members of the team as appropriate ensuring a timely response.
* Assist the SEO Leads in working collaboratively to support the team and ensure smooth operational processes.
* Continuous improvement work, reviewing our processes to improve and streamline the recruitment journey.

Essential:
* Knowledge of civil service recruitment/vacancy filling processes and Principles.
* Previous experience of working in a customer focused resourcing (or similar) team in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work innovatively, flexibly, prioritise own workloads and be able to adapt to changing priorities whilst maintaining standards.
* Demonstrable ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Proficiency and demonstrable ability in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
