The role
Our Coordinators are the back-bone of our Resourcing Team who provide excellent & compliant support for our busy Resourcing team. This is a fast paced role, covering a wide range of administrative duties and you will be assisting multiple team members. You will support the overall recruitment cycle ensuring Hiring Managers, candidates & colleagues receive great customer service and come away with a positive experience that is compliant, objective & fair.
Key responsibilities
- Arranging & Coordinating interviews end to end (working with candidates/colleagues/Hiring managers) ensuring the system is updated throughout the process.
- Administering assessments as required.
- Checking RTW & Qualifications of all candidates at Interview stage and ensuring these are stored and recorded correctly
- Preparing interview packs and ensuring CVs and Interview scripts are prepared within the SLA timeframes and updated on the system.
- Meeting and greeting of candidates for those within the same building. Those that are done remotely ensuring Hiring Manager is given full information via Email Template and within the SLA timeframes. Ensuring all docs uploaded to correct location
- Assisting the team with candidate selection and feedback
- Assisting with our entry level schemes, including helping to facilitate assessment centres and interviews
- Ensuring the candidate receives an excellent warm and professional welcome to ITV, (room ready for interview, phones working, paper available, clearing rooms etc)
- Assisting the team to ensure roles are 100% compliant before closing down and highlighting any queries
- Arranging travel for your team as required
- Raising POs for your team as required
- Organising team meetings
- Dealing with both candidate and Hiring Manager queries effectively and efficiently
- Contributing towards our social media activity (posting job adverts, sharing updates and team news, posting general content to generate engagement)
- Using all email templates/SLA's/ways of working tools to ensure compliance, consistency & best practice.
- Contributing ideas to our talent attraction strategy
Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)
- Solid administrative experience within a Recruitment related environment.
- Experience of working with a wide range of people in a customer service focused role.
- Organised and meticulous approach to work, with the ability to keep on top of the administrative details that make the resourcing process run smoothly and professionally.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A demonstrable passion for TV, ITV programming and our role at the heart of popular culture.

- Highly organised and able to manage a high workload with multiple competing priorities.
- Strong time management skills.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment with accuracy throughout.
- Good stakeholder management skills, able to flex style to various stakeholders at varying levels.
- Excellent customer service.
- Understanding compliance & legalisation and the impact of non compliance.
- Experience of using a recruitment candidate database or application workflow system.
- Must be able to treat information with the utmost confidentiality.
