The Role

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic recruiter to join our central HR team as the Trust's Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Manager. You will work closely with the Executive Team, Head of HR, School Leaders, and the Future Teacher Training team on strategies to promote, attract, and recruit the very best teachers, senior leaders, and support staff.

We are looking for an individual with excellent industry knowledge and previous experience of working in education recruitment, specifically in hiring teachers and senior leadership. This role will involve leading international recruitment efforts, based on organisational needs, including planning of any overseas trip to recruit Overseas Trained Teachers (OTTs) and supporting their relocation and sponsorship process.
