About this role
As the Recruiting Manager, you will oversee our recruitment team and processes, ensuring that we meet our hiring goals while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver exceptional talent solutions.
Your responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives and growth plans.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Process Optimization: Continuously refine and optimize our recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their hiring needs and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Talent Sourcing: Oversee the sourcing of candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment metrics and data to inform decision-making, identify trends, and drive process improvements.
- Employer Branding: Enhance our employer brand by promoting our company culture, values, and benefits through various channels.

- Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in a recruitment leadership role, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans that align with business objectives.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters.
- Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
- Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in analyzing recruitment data and using insights to drive process improvements.
- Collaborative Nature: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
