You will be working alongside the Cambridgeshire Recovery Service team and wider teams to promote recovery and support service users on a group and one-to-one basis, guiding them to achieve their goals and build recovery capital.

This can include sign posting them to attend a mutual aid groups or appointments, helping them to build their own recovery community.

You will also be making telephone calls to service users providing them with a listening ear, guidance and support.

We are looking for someone who will be a positive role model to our service users, motivating, encouraging and inspiring them to reach their potential.

We provide a full training programme to equip you with all the skills, training and support you will need to undertake the role.
