Are you an organized and personable individual with excellent multitasking skills? We are currently seeking a friendly Receptionist/Office Manager to join our team at Dangote Global Services Ltd in our London office.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our company, providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere for visitors and ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.
You will be responsible for managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, coordinating office supplies, and performing various administrative tasks.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist or office manager
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be eligible to work in London (documentation, residency status etc.)
