Job Title: Quality & Test Manager - London
About the Job you are considering:
Experienced Test Manager with a strong focus on delivering robust System Integration, UAT, and End-to-End testing across complex, multi-system environments. Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure quality assurance within tight timelines. Skilled in driving test strategy, risk management, and business confidence through structured assurance processes.
Hybrid working:
The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Job Role:
- Refine a test strategy for all system integration, user acceptance, and end-to-end testing
- Work closely with the Product Group teams including testers to ensure the overall system testing is fit for purpose and clearly documented where required and to provide testing support to the Product Groups
- The Test Manager must be able to work independently with responsibility for the quality assurance of all application and functional testing within defined timelines
- Concise and informative project-level reporting of testing
- Resolve test findings, defects, and conflicts within the end-to-end solution in conjunction with Product Group test teams
- Ensure any risks to the project and end point solution are identified and clearly understood, documented, and escalated if required
- Building and managing stakeholder relationships, including day-to-day collaborative working with stakeholders and business SMEs
- Develop an assurance process which enables the business to be fully confident in the solution through the various iterations.
Job Skill:
- Development of Test Strategies across multiple systems and use cases
- Working with offshore teams
- Management of Test Analysts
- Managing UAT
- Managing end-to-end testing across integrated systems
- Experience of testing multiple technologies including Salesforce
- Experience of leading Agile ceremonies including Scrum of Scrums, coordination between technology teams, environments management, and dependency management.
