Job Summary: The Quality, Safety, and Facilities Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the company's quality, safety, and facilities management systems. This role involves ensuring compliance with relevant standards, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and managing the upkeep of company facilities to support a safe, efficient, and productive working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Management:
- Oversee the Quality Management System (QMS) to maintain ISO 9001 certification.
- Work with internal teams to identify and resolve quality issues, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Health and Safety Compliance:
- Ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations, including risk assessments, incident reporting, and compliance with ISO 45001 standards.
- Develop and implement health and safety policies in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Lead regular safety audits and inspections, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Lead investigations into accidents or incidents, providing reports and recommendations to prevent reoccurrence.
Facilities Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of company facilities to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
- Manage building services such as cleaning, security, and waste disposal.
- Coordinate with external contractors and suppliers for facility-related projects and repairs.
Environmental Management:
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and promote sustainable practices across the organization.
- Monitor environmental performance and lead initiatives to reduce the company's carbon footprint.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in quality, safety, and facilities management, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to engage and motivate teams.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
- NEBOSH or equivalent health and safety qualification (desirable).
