As a Quality Manager in Projects (QMiP), you will be a pivotal member of our Project Execution team, ensuring top-notch Quality Assurance throughout the project lifecycle. Your expertise will guide the planning and execution of key quality activities, making a significant impact on our projects' success.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Champion Quality Management: Establish, drive, and support a robust quality management system tailored to project-specific requirements.
• Expert Guidance: Provide invaluable expertise and guidance on quality matters, fostering a customer-centric quality culture.
• Problem Solver: Lead non-conformance management and CAPA investigations, driving solutions within projects.
• Change Agent: Act as a quality leader, promoting a continuous improvement culture within projects.
• Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits alongside Project Managers and Heads of Projects.
• Quality Advocate: Support the Projects Team in achieving the highest quality standards.
• Tailored Support: Identify and deliver the necessary Quality Management support for each project.
• Educator: Promote Project Excellence (PE@SE) within project teams and related functions.
• Innovator: Contribute to the development of methods and tools to enhance project execution.

What You Bring

• Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience: 2-5 years in quality, business improvement, or project management.
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with AGT business practices.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities and a proven track record of cross-collaboration with diverse teams and regions.
• Quality Management Expertise: Strong understanding of Project Excellence and Quality Management principles.
• Methodologies: Knowledge in Lean and Project Management methodologies; certifications are a plus.
• Technical Insight: Understanding of Industrial and/or Aeroderivative turbine-driven compressor & generator packages is advantageous.

Our Project Customer Quality team is dedicated to supporting the Project Execution community in managing the AGT product line. We drive project quality and management capabilities to exceed customer satisfaction and project targets across portfolios, PCCs, and regions.
