Due to our growth we are now recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Banbury. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from client engagement to candidate placement. You will work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with colleagues to achieve targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing requirements and provide effective recruitment solutions.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit to ensure alignment with client needs.
  • Present qualified candidates to clients, providing detailed profiles and recommendations.
  • Manage the interview process, including scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve individual and team targets, contributing to the overall success of the recruitment team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment.
  • Utilise recruitment technology and tools effectively to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the CRM system.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates, ensuring a positive recruitment experience.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including candidate sourcing, screening, and assessment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and candidates.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and driving business growth.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in recruitment software and CRM systems.
  • Professional certifications in recruitment or human resources (e.g., CIPD, AIRS) are desirable but not essential.
