You could be joining a highly experienced and close-knit team to complete large scale projects of high value and complexity, from contemporary new builds to period refurbishments. What you will be doing:

  • Work collaboratively with the projects Site and Contracts Managers.
  • Ensuring work packages are delivered to the highest workmanship standards and compliant with design information through structured project inspections, covering workmanship, specification and technical design.
  • The role will be site based and involve accessing and inspecting all project work faces, undertaking visual, photographic, intrusive, and measured surveys, ensuring specialist surveyors are deployed when required to check setting out and build tolerance.
  • Be the point of contact and be responsible for checking and coordinating the process of Building Control compliance, sectional sign-off, the management of samples, for the production of project O&M's and high level SHE reporting.

Requirements:

  • Right to Work in the UK
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • High end residential experience
  • Previous experience working as a clerk of work or quality manager
  • In depth knowledge of project design and specification knowledge
