Overview

The Testing-Quality Assurance Manager is a key role in the Testing department at Prodapt. The position is responsible for engaging in Test Strategy, Test management, estimations, test models, and governance to deliver high-quality client projects. The role also involves upholding Prodapt's winning values and working in a way that contributes to the company's vision.

Responsibilities

• Testing Planning: Defines the scope of testing with respect to business needs and technical feasibility, plans and implements test processes across the life cycle of the program, and facilitates recent methods and best practices in the interest of delivering the best to the customer.
• Testing Optimization: Optimizing test process, test environment & test strategy to prepare Estimation models (Test Estimation, Estimation models, Test Management) and creation of Metrics and Reports.
• Stakeholder Management: Leads customer discussions on improving the quality of deliverables, metrics, and business values, identifies and manages risks and provides alternate methods and plans to handle/mitigate them, and is responsible for stakeholder management both internal and client organization.
• Delivery Management: Leads value-based delivery, coaches others on how to use multiple methodologies, recommends and institutes improvements, supports org needs of building collaterals of delivered projects and creating new business through account mining, and participatory customer leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (in any field)
• MSc/BE/Masters with specialization in IT/Computer Science
• Work experience (9-15 years)
• Experience working in multi-channel delivery projects
• Advanced level of Microsoft office
• Knowledge of QA testing models of engagement and optimizing testing
• Knowledge of testing tools and frameworks.
