Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • Mentor a set of select growth partners, helping them transform and scaling their business around the Atlassian business model
  • Grow subscription sales and run a pipeline of sales opportunities sourced through existing and new growth partners
  • Work alongside our Sales team, developing account plans and leading C-level strategic conversations with partners and customers
  • Ensure partner engagement on campaigns and marketing activities
  • Work together with an awesome team of Partner Managers
  • Report to the Team Manager, EMEA Growth Markets

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop existing Solution Partners in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) and Middle East, Turkey and Africa (META) regions;
  • Identify, recruit, and activate other larger partners and local systems integrators in CEE and META regions;
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and partnerships;
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the ecosystem;
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful integration and implementation of solutions;
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify expansion opportunities;
  • Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and negotiations;
  • Provide regular reports and updates on progress and performance metrics.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in partner management, business development, or sales within the IT industry.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS implementation and technology solutions.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (any other Slavic or Arabic language is a plus)
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
  • Team Player: Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Travel: Willingness to travel within CEE and META as needed.
