Role: Quality and Security Systems Manager
Location: Remote with travel to Head Office and our sites when needed
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000

What you will do
The post holder will oversee the maintenance and improvement of the ISO 27001 Information Security management system, the ISO 9001 Quality management system and support the maintenance of ISO14001 and 50001 Environmental management systems.
The role requires a dedicated, enthusiastic and motivated self-starter with a real passion to drive common approaches across the business and ensure services provided by the business achieve a high level of quality and consistency.
What you are responsible for
- Ensuring the company certifications are kept up to date.
- Continue to develop the Integrated Management Systems and company processes to ensure adherence with ISO 9001, ISO 27001, GDPR and the Data Security & Protection Toolkit.
- Undertaking Internal Audits as part of the agreed annual plan across the standards.
- Attending Technical and Internal audits with the Certification bodies, including preparing documentation for the audits.
- Helping the Group Head of Security and Information Governance with third part audit of suppliers as and when required.
- Track trends identify root causes and assist with the implement of appropriate corrective actions.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and prevention. Assist with establishing criteria, metrics and goals to demonstrate quality throughout the organisation.
- Maintaining the existing management systems and updating of company documents & policies where necessary.
- Manage the Compliance team, ensuring team members are carrying out their duties in relation to the company management systems and completing the required documentation.
- Devise, design and implement processes and policies to ensure compliance wherever gaps are identified.
- Work with Stakeholder, Programme Managers, Service Managers, Operations Managers, Departmental Managers and Product Managers to develop quality and security standards for all new services enabling timely measuring and reporting.
You will have experience of
- 5+ years' experience of ISO Management Systems.
- Previous working experience of ISO 9001 & ISO 27001.
- Understanding of ISO14001/50001
- Internal Audit Qualifications.
- Driving Change.
- External and Third-Party Audit Experience and/or Qualifications
- Health Care data and systems.
- Data Protection and Security Toolkit
- Information Governance, GDPR and Data Protection best practices.
- Valid UK Driving License
