Quality and Review Manager

The retirement of a team member creates this exciting opportunity to join a well-established team of Managers leading Independent Reviewing Officers in Lancashire. The successful candidate will manage a centrally based (Preston / South Ribble) team of IRO's delivering Child Protection Conferences and Child Looked After Reviews, and work within a wider management team to support the development and delivery of excellent services to children and young people who are looked after, and children on Child Protection Plans. You will have a demonstrable commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes through our 'Family Safeguarding' ethos, with an emphasis on the active engagement of children, young people and families.
