The Role

As Senior Pursuit Manager, you will lead comprehensive project management, coordinating all elements of the pursuit from initial proposals through to product launch. This unique project opportunity requires you to balance strategic and creative thinking, inspiring the Pre-Sales team to bring forward our most powerful ideas while ensuring alignment with the client's goals and expectations.

• End-to-end project management on qualified, high-stakes opportunities, aligning with the client's global launch timeline and objectives.
• Serving as the point person for governing pre-sales lifecycle, ensuring all contractual deadlines are met and maintaining continuous momentum across workstreams to drive project success and client satisfaction.
• Establishing best practices for pre-sales and launch process strategies, contributing to the development of innovative approaches to be shared across the dentsu network.
• Curating and leveraging the project content library to deliver tailored resources for the pre-sales team, continually updating the library with insights gained from each phase of the project.
• Collaborating with the Sales Research Team for in-depth research support and conducting desk research to enrich client interactions and pitch depth.
• Training and Onboarding new pre-sales team members on the unique demands of global product launches and supporting the professional growth of new team members.
