The Governing Body of St Anne's Catholic Primary School are seeking to appoint a Pupil Wellbeing Manager for Pastoral support. This post is to enhance the already very successful offer of the current school Well-being team. The postholder will be working in collaboration with the School's Wellbeing and Welfare Manager and the Pupil Wellbeing Attendance Manager, safeguarding team and SENDCO.
This post will have operational responsibility for driving a successful and effective pastoral support offer throughout the school. It will be a role that operates across the school, in all phases.
Understanding of and recent experience of working with a therapeutic approach to behaviour management and mental health support for young children would be an advantage.
