In Group Finance, we support teams across the whole of ITV, helping them create content and products that millions of people interact with every single day. To enhance our support, ITV is restructuring its Third Party Payments team, shifting towards a compliance-focused approach to drive change, ensure policy adherence, and optimise workflow efficiency making the purchase to pay process seamless.
The role...
This is a new and exciting role within the team and critical to drive efficiency and compliance throughout the Purchase To Pay processes. Reporting to our Head of Third Party Payments, The PTP Compliance manager will lead the Expenses, Master Data and Purchasing Support teams. A key focus will be driving business user compliance against Company Policy through auditing, monitoring and reporting on expenses, supplier master and requisition to receipt activity. This role requires strong leadership and influencing skills with expert knowledge in all Purchase to Pay functions, and a keen eye for detail.
This high-profile role will drive compliance through behavioural change, accurate and quality data and by creating strong stakeholder relationships.
Some of your key day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Oversee compliance with company policies and processes, working with leadership to report and assess adherence.
- Develop and execute business process adoption plans to drive compliance across the organization.
- Conduct regular compliance assessments and implement corrective actions based on data insights.
- Design and deliver training on expenses and purchasing compliance for employees and management.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., tax, HR, R2R) to ensure timely delivery of information and training.
- Lead and manage a team of 7 across Expenses, Master Data Management, and Purchasing Support.
- Set performance goals, conduct regular reviews, and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
- Foster a collaborative team environment and ensure smooth onboarding for new members.
- Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations to enhance efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to align on priorities and ensure compliance.
Skills you'll need (minimum criteria)...
- Significant experience leading PTP teams.
- Can demonstrate a significant understanding of the end to end requisition to pay process.
- Can provide evidence of creating, analysing and presenting large data sets across all levels of an organisation.
- Experience of working in a continuous and improvement and compliance environment.

- Experience with Finance ERPs (Oracle Fusion preferred)
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and MS Office
- Experience in a Shared Services / GBS environment
- Understanding of accounting principles
