About the Role

LPR International is seeking a Protestant Music Director to lead and oversee the worship music program at RAF Mildenhall. This leadership role is ideal for someone passionate about developing teams and creating powerful worship experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all aspects of the worship music program
• Direct musicians, vocalists, and praise teams
• Plan and execute engaging worship services
• Recruit, train, and mentor volunteers
• Collaborate with chaplain leadership and chapel staff

Qualifications

• Experience directing church music programs or praise teams
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Knowledge of contemporary Protestant worship music
• Ability to build and lead cohesive teams
